Free tools are provided as-is
The calculators, generators and builders on this site are free and offered as-is: they do their jobs in your browser, and they come without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We aim for accurate arithmetic and honest guidance, and we fix mistakes when they are reported, but we do not guarantee the tools are uninterrupted, error-free, or correct for every course's conventions. Your work should always get a final check by you — the tools are assistants, not oracles.
Outputs are educational models, not submission-ready work
Everything this site produces — tool output, sample analyses, and any draft obtained through the service pages — is educational material. A model case study is a worked example to study, check against your rubric and rebuild through your own process; it is not a finished submission. Treat template drafts as starting points that require your review, your verification of every source, and your editing. Submitting any draft without review would be like submitting a textbook chapter because it was on topic: technically possible, educationally pointless, and against the spirit of this site.
Academic integrity stays your responsibility
Institutions set their own rules about writing help, editing services and model papers, and those rules differ. Before using anything from this site in connection with graded work, read your institution's academic-integrity policy and act within it. The site does not monitor, verify or take responsibility for how its materials are used; that responsibility sits with the person holding the pen and the student ID. If your institution's rules conflict with using a service like this, the rules win.
About the service pages
The service pages describe kinds of writing help and connect you with independent professional writers through a request (quote) form. The form is operated by its provider; scope, payment and refund conditions are shown there before you commit, and those on-screen terms govern any resulting order. The site itself does not employ the writers, take payment for orders, or sit inside that transaction — it makes the introduction, and the pages about pricing and the order process describe how the introduction works.
No warranty on grades
No part of this site promises a grade, a grade improvement, or a specific marker's judgment. Academic outcomes depend on factors outside anyone's control here: your brief, your institution's standards, the marker's expectations, and how you use the material. Any statement, on this site or anywhere else, that a specific result is guaranteed should be treated as false on its face.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site or its content — including lost marks, lost time, or academic-conduct outcomes resulting from how materials are used. The site is provided for educational purposes; use it as such and at your own discretion.
Content ownership
The site's text, tools, design and structure belong to the site owner. You are welcome to use the tools and to cite the guides the way you would cite any web source, with attribution. What you paste into the tools stays yours — it lives in your browser and never reaches a server (see the privacy policy). Sample pages that use invented companies are illustrative and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or data from any real company named in a course reading.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the site grows. The "Last updated" date above moves when they do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version. Questions about any clause get straight answers through the contact page — asking first is always cheaper than assuming.
